Built on excellence
Established in 1987 by Timothy Lawler, Premier Builders is built on excellence. Tim began as an apprentice carpenter in the 1970's. After working for other contractors for many years, he decided to start his own construction company in order to deliver quality work at a fair price.
Over the years, Premier Builders has grown as customers pass on the word to their friends and family. At the height of the building boom in the 80's, Premier Builders employed over 30 carpenters.
Times have changed, but our commitment to quality and customer service has remained the same. Today, our operations are more streamlined, with a smaller work crew and office staff, allowing us to pass along the savings in overhead to our customers. We use a local network of sub-contractors that understand value and service; some we have worked with for over 15 years!
Tim is active in the business, while also providing home inspections and working with financial institutions on progress and quality inspection reports for other contractors.
